It's January 2018. Every year around this same time everyone has their health and fitness goals at the top of their priority list. Some people are eager to get started, but not sure where to begin. Born and raised in Nashville, TN Tay Sweat started his health journey as an overweight teenager. At only 14 years old, he weighed in at over 300 pounds and suffered from ailments such as eczema, heart & digestive issues, and was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. His incredible story has inspired many people to make a change in their own lives. It's one thing to take health advice from someone who is considered "in shape," but it's a totally different experience when you learn their story and realize they started from the bottom and worked their way up to a level that most people feel is impossible. It gives others hope that they too can reach the health and fitness levels they desire, regardless of their past, their current situation, know matter where they come from, where they currently live, or how much money they make. He teaches others the major keys to use to make the changes necessary to get the results you desire, but there is one catch. You have to WANT IT!

I met Tay back in 2012. I was searching for a new trainer and stumbled across his contact information. I signed up to become one of his clients. I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but I knew it would be a challenge. I've always been into fitness, but at the time I was not working out or training for anything consistently at the time. During our training sessions he introduced me to new ways of working out based on the type of goals I had and the results I wanted. He is really exceptional at choosing a program that is just for you. That was something very special about him. it was no cookie cutter programs. He actually took the time to have a detailed conversation with you to determine what you are doing now, what your goals are and what results you want to see. He then creates the best formula for you to succeed. Fast forward six years later, and he is still THE TRAINER to go to if you want to see results. There are millions of trainers across the world, but very few trainers have those unique gifts and talents that will shine bright across the world.

Now of course you have to be willing to put in the work every single day. If you don't, he will notice. You will notice. Another special quality he has is that you aren't just another number on his list of clients. He actually works with you directly to make sure you get the results you want to acheive. He has endless amounts of resources to keep you on track along with uplifting and motivating you on a daily basis. If you ever have questions, he is always willing to discuss and answer them. There is so much to learn when it comes to health and fitness. It's a blessing to know someone who is not only well-educated and well-trained, but also has a positive personality, humble spirit, and genuinely cares about helping others succeed. 

Not only does he want his client's to succeed with their health and fitness goals, but he also wants to see his client's succeed in the many other areas in their lives. He has many live QA sessions and discussions not only about health and fitness, but also about many other topics such as careers, marketings, social media branding, how to become wealthy, and so much more. Over the years, I have learned way more than I expected. Not that I wasn't confident in Tay's business, I just thought that I already knew everything I needed to know. Clearly, I underestimated THE TAY EXPERIENCE. I not only consider him my trainer, but I also consider him a friend, a coach, and my go to for the inside scope on business strategies. 

He is also a best-selling author. His latest book titled, "The Wild Rabbit: The Solution to our Domesticated Issues." is an amazing read. The book is for those who want life and not just any life. A life that provides energy, vibrancy, spirituality, and abundance. After overcoming hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, eczema, and being 300+ pounds, Tay explains how it feels to flirt with death. Another quality I admire about Tay is that he isn't afraid to show the world the love he has for the special woman in his life. It's amazing to see a couple who is not only in love, but who also makes those critical life changes together, which leads to a more fulfilling and long lasting relationship. Healthy lifestyles leads to healthy relationships. I am excited for their engagement and wish them many years of blessings and happiness together!
